Queen Anne area is safe compared to some other Seattle areas, the location is convenient to travel to Seattle downtown.
It was extremely difficult to find a place to park on the street near the house, as there was construction right in front of the house. The neighbors were not very friendly, and the house itself was smaller and older than it appeared in the pictures. Most importantly, there were no clear instructions for parking, and the property manager was hard to reach. Despite multiple attempts to contact them during normal hours for assistance, we received no response. As a result, we were forced to wake up at midnight by the property manager to move our car, which was highly inconvenient and frustrating.
