Schöne gemütliche Wohnung mit Terrasse. Alles ebenerdig ! Elektrische Rollläden an den wichtigen Fenstern ! Sogar ein Garagenparkplatz war benutzbar ! Beide Markisen sind mit Fernbedienung auszufahren …..leider erst später im Schrank gefunden ! Zugang von Terrasse zum Pool !
Das sind hier keine 120 m2 !!! Mit Terrasse vielleicht 80-85 m2. Geruchsbelästigung durch feuchten Mop , Waschmittelbeutel und Putzeimer im Wandschrank der eigentlich die Garderobe sein sollte ! Zugang zum Pool durch Garten über maroden Holzbalken ! Wohnung nur minimalistisch ausgestattet ; keine vernünftigen Schneidbrettchen , Messer defekt und noch nicht mal ein Schuhlöffel ! Da hab ich günstiger schon besser ausgestattete Apartments in Lagos gehabt !
