We had very high expectations when booking House of Tugu; not only did they meet them, but they've also been very good in exceeding our expectations.
Everything from the very friendly staff, to the complimentary afternoon tea experience, the massage, a la carte breakfast, the farewell gift - everything will remain a much appreciated experience from us. Thank you!
Nothing on the hotel itself. I just wish the local government would take care a bit more of the Kota Tua (the Old City) as it has so much potential!

Amazing eclectic styling & unique ambiance. The images don’t even do the hotel justice. The rooms are exquisite & very comfortable with an unorthodox take on a hotel that is so refreshing. Truly authentic and quirky without losing the fact that it is actually a hotel.
Nothing.
