The hotel was in close proximity to the Disney park and the pick up/drop off coach service made trips to the park effortless. The breakfast was satisfactory and there was clear and timely communication about the shuttle service. The room was decorated nicely and though we didn't use them, the hotel had handy laundry facilities.
The room was overall tidy and clean but there might be a ventilation issue in the bathroom that has generated some mold.

Close to Disney & Airport
Staff very helpful
Upgraded our room & check in very easy escorted to room to be shown all amenities within
Close to local eateries & beautiful bakery
Limited Disney merchandise available cheaper than in Disney
Toothbrushes sliders & toiletries all provided
Air con in room
Disney bus only runs to 11am so be aware if check in is later Last bus back 715 which meant we missed fireworks at 915
Unable to avail of breakfast as shuttle to airport runs 6am/8am and we needed 6am prior to breakfast availability

The free shuttle is difficult to book, as it can only be done via WeChat and you have to submit a dedicated form. Nobody speaks English at the hotel, which makes it cumbersome to communicate.
