Location was perfect for walking around the town. Great view of the river from the open plan living space.
Not totally happy with the steps down from the kitchen area to the living space.

Les volumes de l'appartement, les deux salles de bain, la vue sur la rivière, la proximité du centre de Chinon, du Château de Chinon et des caves à visiter. Le calme le matin, les deux chambres qui donnent sur la rue permettent d'apprécier le silence de la nuit.
La machine à café n'a pas toujours bien fonctionné. L'escalier qui permet le passage du salon vers la cuisine n'est pas sécurisant (problème hanche et genoux), très esthétique mais sans barre d'appui, compliqué pour moi.

Grand appartement joliment décoré. Excellent emplacement.
Bruyant et chaud (pas de climatisation). Pas de gel douche ni de shampoing. L'appartement n'a été nettoyé après les précédents locataires qu'après 20 h, sans que personne ne s'en excuse. J'ai reçu un message m'informant que je pouvais explorer la ville en attendant le nettoyage, et que c'était de ma faute si j'avais réservé trop tard.
