Właściciel mega miły, łóżka jednak oddzielne i z narzeczonym musieliśmy kombinować ale mięciutkie i pachnące świeżością i zadbane. Stosunek jakość-cena jest super, tanio ale za to jakość jest top notch. Nie ma w ogłoszeniu lodówki ale pan nam zaproponował wolno stojącą lodówkę w piwnicy gdzie jest również łazienka. Dodatkowo jest w pokoju wszystko co mogliście zapomnieć z domu. Kubki, talerze, szklanki, sztuczce, nawet toster, czajnik a nawet zaparzacz do kawy na filtry. Lokalizacja spokojna bez hałasu. Dość blisko centrum zresztą busy i tramwaje jechały niedaleko mieszkanka.
Nie ma minusów szczerze.
