Sea View Modern 2BR Top Floor on Nea Chora Beach

The apartment was spacious, especially the common area, which provided plenty of room to relax. The view from the front balcony was beautiful, and being able to watch sunset from our balcony was a really nice surprise. One day, we decided to skip watching the sunset at the beach, went back to the apartment to relax after a day by the sea, and ended up enjoying the sunset from the balcony instead before heading out for dinner. The bathroom was clean and well maintained, and the location was excellent, just a 12 minute walk from the Old Town. Check-in was quick and hassle-free, and the point of contact was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The neighborhood was quiet, peaceful, and felt very safe.

There was a slight unpleasant smell when we first entered the apartment, but it disappeared after we aired the place out for a while. The room sizes were good and the apartment itself was modern, well furnished, and in great condition. Although the building and staircase are quite old and unfinished, the apartment interior is the complete opposite, renovated, clean, and comfortable. The only thing I would have preferred is a second bathroom. We were aware that the apartment only had one when we booked, so this is not a criticism of the property, just a personal preference that I will consider for future trips. One small tip for future guests, I would avoid shopping at the mini market downstairs, as the prices are extremely high. For example, a bottle of inexpensive supermarket wine was €15. For almost the same price, you can enjoy a bottle of wine at a nice restaurant or beach club instead. There is a supermarket nearby called Synka. I would recommend using that one before it closes or ordering your needs from Wolt.

Posizione ottima a pochi passi dal centro storico . Appartamento in zona tranquilla fronte mare , pulito , molto confortevole, spazioso e bene arredato , luminoso con vista spettacolare sul mare . Piacevole il rumore delle onde di sera al tramonto ! Comode le due camere da letto climatizzate e dotate di materassi eccezionali e cucina ben attrezzata . Walking shower molto apprezzata ! host attento ad ogni esigenza. Self check-in e check out molto agevole e comodo . Consigliatissimo.
