I had a wonderful stay at Smarts Apartment. The location was excellent—conveniently close to a shopping center, making it easy to grab essentials or enjoy a meal nearby. The apartment itself was beautifully decorated, neat, and well-maintained. It had all the necessary amenities, including a washing machine, microwave, uncapped WiFi, and a fully functional fridge, which made my stay even more comfortable. Overall, it was a good experience.
The apartment was in a completely different location from what was listed on Booking.com, which was unexpected. We had booked a studio apartment but later discovered it was actually a two-bedroom unit. We were informed that we shouldn’t use the second bedroom, and out of respect for the owner, we didn’t—but this was something that should have been communicated upfront. Additionally, the person we dealt with seemed a bit shady, which made us feel uneasy about safety.
