The host was very helpful and replied very fast, very comfortable beds, fast internet, easy to dispose of extra trash, plenty of home supplies, all rooms private and spacious, 2.5 bathroom, very clean. We couldn’t figure out how to turn on the hot water heater and the host come over right away to turn it on.
If you have little kids or disabled person, the stairs are very steep and small footsteps, but the host has no control of that. Overall, very good experience.

位置在阿倍野居民区，很舒适的地方，附近是居民区，但是人很少，不远有个小健身公园，离美章园电铁站步行6.7分钟的样子，在地铁站旁有个不大不小的超市，房间收拾的很干净，厨房最低层，厨房用具都很干净，两个卫生间，洗浴用品很齐全，很舒适，性价比很高，感谢房主和清洁人员的努力让我们住在这里8天，很满意。
二楼卫生间有些反味，能处理一下就更完美了；外面的电铁运营到很晚，难免有些噪音，能做点隔音就更完美了。

Wer das ursprüngliche Japan erleben will ist hier richtig. Das Schlafen auf dem Boden ungewohnt aber nicht unbequem. Frühstück war auch gut 4 Leute haben auf Nachfrage Messer gesucht. Am nächsten Morgen waren ausreichend am Buffet zu finden.
Abendessen könnte besser sein.

入住体验非常好。
之前看评论时有一点担心卫生问题，但实际入住后发现完全多虑了，房间非常干净，也没有任何异味。房东准备了一次性拖鞋和牙刷，还有干净的毛巾，住起来很舒服、很安心。
位置也很方便，步行大约五分钟就能到 JR 电车站，坐一站车到天王寺之后去哪里都很方便。房子旁边靠近铁路，我们白天都在外面玩，回来的时候已经很晚，电车也停运了，所以并没有觉得吵，整体休息感受很好。
整体来说性价比很高，是会愿意推荐给朋友的住宿。
