Anazing accommodation on the outskirts of the town

The accommodation was great! The facilities correspond to the description on Booking. The landlady is absolutely amazing! In addition to the perfectly tidy apartment, she baked us a homemade fruit cake, prepared a huge Tiramisu, a bowl of fruit and a lot of goodies for breakfast. ❤️ Parking is possible either outside the apartment or in the garage, which is also available to the apartment. The accommodation is on the outskirts of Erbusco, so you have to go everywhere by car, but we expected that, so we were extremely satisfied! 🫶

The only minus was that there are no mosquito nets on the windows and there are about "a million" of mosquitoes. 😬

la posizione era ciò che ci aspettavamo e la colazione era molto varia e fornita

purtroppo al mattino ci siamo svegliati con una spiacevole sorpresa. non c'era l'acqua calda! abbiamo subito avvisato ma non sono stati in grado di risolvere il problema giustificando che era weekend e nessun idraulico era disponibile... non ci è stata data nessuna alternativa o rimborso, ci sono state solo scuse e ci siamo ritrovati senza poter fare la doccia pur avendo pagato un prezzo molto alto rispetto alla posizione dell'alloggio

A reggelit magunk kellett elkészíteni erről nem olvastunk korábban . Barátságtalan szomszédok : egyik vasárnap este füvet nyír , a másiknál éjfélkor még sír a pici gyerek stb. A szállásadó készséges volt de a kommunikáció kissé nehézkes volt .

Kleines, gepflegtes Appartement mit Garten und wirklich allem was man braucht. Inklusive Garage und Waschmaschine. Das Frühstück ist zum selber zubereiten, der Kühlschrank gut gefüllt inklusive kühlgestellte Orangen für frisch gepressten Saft :) Vielen Dank für den sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt!

Mintha otthon lennél

Nagyon kedves, barátságos fogadtatás. Tisztaság. Stabil, QR kóddal gyorsan csatlakoztatható WIFI. Szép környék, közelben kis játszótérrel. Teljesen felszerelt konyha/lakás: mosógép, mosószer, elsősegély láda, mosogató eszközök, vasaló, pipere holmi, kád és zuhanyzó, saját kert, kapszulás kávéfőző, gyümölcsfacsaró gép, sütő, főzőlap, saját mélygarázs, fűszerek, tészták, olajok, csomagolóanyagok, szószok, takarítóeszközök, takarítószerek, gyermekjátékok, rengeteg hely a szekrényekben, köntösbekészítés (a gyereknek is), elképesztő mennyiségű tartalék törölköző és ágynemű, klíma, konyharuhák... A reggeli rendkívül bőséges volt: házi pite, sütemény, rengeteg gyümölcs (legalább 10 kg), kekszek, zöldségek, behűtött házi citromos tea, tojás, sonka, szalámi, sajt, többféle joghurt, vaj, tej (laktózmentes is), gyümölcslevek, kis és nagy ásványvizek, magvas friss kenyér, magvak, palacsinta, cukorkák és sok minden más.

Csak néhány apróság. Nem volt mikrohullámú sütő. Körülményes volt a mélygarázs használata, jobb lett volna, ha kívülről is nyitható kulccsal a garázsajtó, mert így csak belülről tudtuk nyitni. A felettünk lévő lakásból gyakran csecsemő sírás hallatszott. Nem tudjuk, hogy életvitelszerűen ott laknak-e vagy csak megszálltak ideiglenesen, de éjszaka olykor zavaró volt.

Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno splendido in questo B&B! La casa è spaziosa, pulitissima e dotata di ogni comfort. La posizione è perfetta per visitare la Franciacorta: comoda, tranquilla e ben collegata. Un ringraziamento speciale va a Erminia, una host davvero impeccabile: sempre rapida nelle risposte, gentilissima e attenta a non farci mancare nulla. La colazione, preparata direttamente da lei, è stata una vera coccola, con prodotti freschi e tante prelibatezze lasciate a disposizione nel frigo e nella dispensa. Consigliatissimo

Ideal la casa MontOrfano, en una ubicación tranquila entre las montañas. La atención de Erminia es excepcional. Muchos detalles de calidad. Se mima todo, desde lis jabones, la comida, utensilios… no falta de nada. Llegas como si estuvieras en tu casa. Mucha limpieza y orden. El desayuno es ideal. Es una casa muy recomendada.

Abbiamo soggiornato solo una notte. In assoluto l'alloggio meglio attrezzato di sempre. La signora che ci ha accolti era estremamente cortese. Ottimi gli alimenti per la colazione. Difficile pensare di trovare di meglio. Siamo estremamente soddisfatti.

Weekend in cantina indimenticabile.

Appartamento nuovo, pulizia impeccabile, posizione tranquilla e strategica per visitare le cantine di Erbusco e Adro. La Sig.ra Erminia è stata molto accogliente e disponibile, ha fatto in modo che a colazione trovassimo biscotti di pasticceria e frutta fresca, una coccola che abbiamo apprezzato tantissimo.
