Sehr geräumige, helle Wohnung in zentraler Lage. Zur Wohnung gehört ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz; von der Tiefgarage gibt es einen Aufzug bis in den 3. Stock. Die große Dachterrasse konnten wir witterungsbedingt leider nicht so intensiv nutzen. Der Kontakt mit dem Vermieter war freundlich und er war bemüht Sonderwünsche zu erfüllen.

Nur ein paar Kleinigkeiten: Eine Bedienungsanleitung zu der Wanne mit Sprudelfunktion wäre gut. Ein paar Gerätschaften in der Küche haben wir vermisst (Sieb, Topflappen, Topfuntersetzer).

Sehr komfortabel und modern eingerichtet. Super zentral und die Dachterrasse ist natürlich ein Traum. Lediglich der versprochene Whirlpool war nicht vorhanden. Sonst alles top.

This is a vary spacious appartment in the city center. 3 large bedrooms with comfortable beds. Kitchen has everything. Large TV screen. Bathroom has shower and jetstream bath tub. One side balcony and also very large roof terrace. There is an elevator. Free parking for 1 car in underground garage. Everything was clean. We would come again and do recommend.

Please note that the space to park in the underground garage is rather small for a big car or SUV. You need to be a good driver.

The apartment looks very modern and stylish, which we really liked. The overall design is fresh and well thought out, and the space feels new and clean at first glance.

When we arrived, the bathroom had a very bad smell, likely coming from the drain. Some of the lights could not be adjusted because we couldn’t find any controls, including the bedside light in one of the rooms. Even with the window closed, outside noise was still very noticeable, with people talking loudly at night. The kitchen drawer was shaky and should be fixed, and the kitchen utensils were very old and should be replaced. The parking space was also very tight, narrow, and deep underground, which made parking difficult. For a two-night stay at this price, considering these issues, it felt rather expensive.
