We liked basically everything.
The neighborhood is quiet, and the yard is cute and secluded, with some nice views.
A lot of the aspects of cleanliness were better than hotels, including the bathroom sink, toilet, tub, etc. The hosts are responsive and want to help.
The kitchen has a variety of pots and pans, utensils, spices, etc.
We mentioned to the host, when we left, that the shower curtains could use bleaching, and this is probably being addressed.
The larger bed is on the stiff side for us, but we are used to a waterbed.
It's a nice place, so I'm nitpicking... I might recommend putting clocks in the living room and bathroom. We like thicker bathroom tissue than what was provided.

It was well equipped for our group of 6 people and the location to view the 4th of July fireworks was amazing!!
It is a bit difficult to navigate to but we got there by looking at a map as google maps doesn’t take you right to the house.
