Ban Ye

Really clean and spacious. I loved that there's a personal clothes line out the back. Not too far from anything.

Ban Ye is conveniently located, the room ,bed and bathroom were clean and comfortable, ideal for a short stay.

There was little to dislike as such, but the lack of a kettle for making hot drinks was a minor inconvenience, with only cardboard cups for hot drinks. The back and front doors could maybe use a simple additional lock.

Jan 31 - Feb 03 2026 Room 2 GOOD MODERN, VERY SPACIOUS, GOOD LIGHTING, LOTS OF POWER SOCKETS FAN IN BATHROOM, REAR DOOR AND SMALL PATIO WITH DRYING RACK LIGHTS SWITCHED FROM BED 2 CHAIRS AND VERY SMALL TABLE GOOD BED, COMFORTER AND PILLOWS CLEAN. WATER AND T.P. EVERY DAY AC WORKS VERY WELL. TEMP. IN ROOM VERY STABLE LITTLE NOISE FROM STREET, QUIET OVERNIGHT VERY GOOD PARKING LOT WIFI WORKS WELL. CONVENIENT LOCATION, WE WALKED TO MOST PLACES OF INTEREST. 7-11 VERY CLOSE

NOT SO GOOD VERY SMALL TABLE NO SUITCASE STANDS NO BEDSIDE TABLES, BUT WIDE BED BASE IS USABLE SILLY LATCH ON BATHROOM DOOR WAS FRUSTRATING

This place has a motel style with new, spacious rooms, all on the ground floor. Enough parking space and close to the city center. The owners are very nice and we’re helpful. It’s great for one night when you are travelling through.

The house next door is a restaurant and its kitchen opened to our room. Since the rooms have a “balcony” in the back, we had a door towards the kitchen through which the sounds were coming through. It was a bit annoying since it was kinda unnecessary since without the door we probably would have had a quiet night. I needed to use earplugs.
