The heated pool and waterfall, 8 bedrooms and an ensuite each, the 2 end of house master bedrooms with a fun open shower and bath under banana trees and open covered "hallway" (more like an undercover pathway) in keeping with the village theme which was fun and reminded me my time staying in a village where the house was not fully enclosed from the elements and bugs. Also like the large open plan kitchen dining lounge space.

The single living space could do with some updating such as the kitchen cabinet and couch were a bit grubby and tired. The pool table was old and wonky (defective to be honest for a game that needed a flat surface for a fair game). The master bedroom sliding door to the ensuite was hard to slide and sometimes came off the track. Most importantly, the charming village style meant you're also sharing your indoor space with mosquitoes as the roof was designed to keep only rain out. This can be fixed with installing window or door mesh.
