    Nearby construction sites, no amenities , restaurants, cafes, convenience chain stores or bars nearby, next to a major highway and doesn’t feels homely or warm. Avoid

    I have already paid the full room fee on Agoda platform but was informed by the hotel reception that I will need to pay for the room 800 yuan as I have not paid. I replied that I have paid, have confirmed on the spot with Agoda online customer service. Without checking, staff still insisted for me to pay and mentioned it will be refunded once they have checked is paid. The staff attitude was so demanding and unfriendly. I am surprised for a "branded" hotel to have such service. The erhai view from the hotel balcony is not very fantastic. Nevertheless, room is clean and spacious.
