HARF2401 Chic Studio in Al Reem

Overall, we had a good stay. The property was comfortable and the experience was generally pleasant. We appreciated the accommodation and the overall atmosphere.

There were a few things that could be improved. The sofa was quite uncomfortable, the old toilet had a tendency to block, and the bathroom was very dark because one of the lights was not working. The shower water temperature was also difficult to control .. it was either too cold or too hot, with no comfortable temperature in between. We also found one of the female reception staff members a little frustrating. She repeatedly asked us where we were going whenever we entered the building, even though we were guests/residents, which became annoying after being asked repeatedly.

Facility, space and location

The studio is spacious, but the furniture is quite basic and not very functional. However, the host was helpful and responsive during both check-in and check-out, which was appreciated. The pool is a nice feature, though it's often in the shade because of the surrounding towers, which makes it less inviting at times. Overall, the studio is OK, but it feels overpriced for what it offers.

The overall atmosphere feels a bit unwelcoming, though with a few small upgrades, it could be much more comfortable. The wardrobe is quite small, and the kitchen furniture would benefit from being replaced with something more modern and practical. The bathroom clearly needs improvement as well. The studio is quite far from most of the city's attractions.
