The location is excellent. It is very convenient because there are restrictions and small shops within walking distance. There are taxis nearby if you need to travel further. The house is clean and the host has a lot of necessities available if you happen to forget something like toothpaste for example.
A cutting board for the kitchen would be useful, and it would be nice to have a broom in the house in case guests get crumbs on the floor and want to clean up after themselves.
