It’s a new apartment with spacious kids bedroom and a separate small parents bedroom. It was well equipped and comfortable. The parking underground was appreciated. The washing machine was also a plus.

The management company is rather difficult to interact with. First, there were no clear instructions neither on check-in, nor at check-out. The address was incomplete and nobody was picking up the phone at the check-in time. Then the parking that was supposed to be for us was occupied and we had to go multiple times to the garage to move the car. The heating is capped at 20 degrees and despite asking for the code to increase the temperature, it was never provided, so we were cold. We flagged that one of the pillow cases had stains, and the consierge replied it’s not the case, and it was never replaced. On check out we had no instructions and they made us wait for them to come to collect the keys. You still need the car to go to the cabine lifts.

Super spacious and warm apartment. An easy 5 minute walk to the gondola. Only 5 minute walk to the restaurants and bars in the village. Super kitchen facilities with plenty of quality cutlery and utensils. Underground parking with allocated space is really useful as roadside parking is scarce. The owner (Remy) was quick to respond and the concierege was on hand whern needed.

Great apartment in a very convenient location half way between the ski lift and the village centre. The concierge service was very good at sorting a couple of problems that we had during our stay.

Could do with a wash hand basin in the toilet (not a major issue, just a bit annoying!).
