Price and location.
1. Beds and pillows were very uncomfortable. 2. While heaters worked, apartment remained cold. Linoleum floor didn’t help. Recommend placing carpet in the living room and entrance hallway. 3. Recommend providing curtains of bright/light material. Only way to provide privacy is to roll down the blinds, which is not helpful during the day. 4. Apartment is deliberately family-friendly. Recommend providing some plastic dishes and utensils for kids. 5. Recommend providing washer and dryer for longer stay.
