Very comfortable and spacious. The owner was very responsive for any issues. The terrace was great as well. The location is perfect.
The toilet sometimes would keep running, so I just had to pay attention.

Excelentes comodidades (camas, placares, cocina, terraza) y una ubicación inmejorable! A muy pocas cuadras del parque San Martín, cerca de la calle Arístides, muy cerca de un supermercado grande, en frente de una cervecería, y a muy pocas cuadras de restaurantes y negocios de todo tipo muy buenos. Además el barrio es muy tranquilo. Por otro lado, Juan es un tipazo! Muy abierto, confiable y muy servicial.
No puedo decir nada que no me haya gustado...tal vez la cortina de baño, pero eso se soluciona bajándola un poco de altura.

El estacionamiento no viene incluido! hay que abonarlo aparte de la tarifa. Hay que tenerlo en cuenta. Unos 12usd extras la noche.
