It was close to US Bank Stadium and downtown, and close access to highway.
House was an innercity home, in semi rough condition, seems owner is trying to remodel. The house next door has trash and debris EVERYWHERE, definitely was not pleasant to look at every day. Front porch area is in rough shape and leaning, and very dirty. The back deck is also in bad shape, and no chairs or furniture of any kind to sit out on, but with the horrible view of trashy neighbors, we didn't want to anyway. The ceiling of bathroom shower is all cracked and in rough shape, and bathroom is very small. Some of the kitchen cabinets rough shape & had loose knobs that came off . Stairs going upstairs to bedrooms were very Very steep , the carpet throughout downstairs and steps is very old and dated . The AC was almost impossible to keep steady due to the electronic thermostat we couldn't figure out....we froze unless we left door open. Windows around sides of house need Better privacy curtains, blinds or something instead of light sheers, stair window has nothing and neighbors can see you walking up & down, not good when we had pajamas on at night. Also there was no vacuum, being we stayed a week and all the carpet ,we would of liked to vac as needed. There is no washer or dryer. Also front metal screen door would not click closed. The fridge had no ice maker nor any ice trays, so we had to go buy ice. The local convenience store was scary area, especially at night. Home was very OLD , pictures that advertise it are better than it actually is.
