Skyline Views 3BR - Manhattan at Your Doorstep

Very clean and comfortable stay. The couch, bed/mattress and quilt were super comfy. The unit is set as shown in pictures. Location was great to get in /out.Having a driveway parking is a plus in this neighborhood. Very busy. Plenty of kitchen utensils. Jonas quickly responded to any questions we had.

I didn't know the unit is second floor till last minute, I didn't ask either . So partially my fault. It's not my preferred unit with toddlers and elderly folks. Missing drying rack, especially if you stay long/ use kitchen often like me. Installing the dishwasher would be a great addition to this unit

The location was a convenient option for a New York City weekend trip. It has close access to the Richard Street light rail, and a reserved parking spot is a huge win. There were plenty of beds for our party of five and the kitchen was fully stocked. Beds were comfortable in each room hasan individual window AC unit for temperature control. There was only one bathroom so having a large full-size mirror in the dining area was a great bonus for expediting getting everyone ready in the mornings. Staying on the Jersey City side honestly allows you to get some of the best views of New York City. The exchange place path station has an incredible skyline view. Don't miss it ! Excellent takeout Chinese place a few blocks away.

The parking spot was kind of tight and the other resident was parked in the middle of it when we got there instead of being scooted to the side. That's not the fault of the property owner, but something to be aware of.

The space was exactly like the photos so we knew what to expect and it was plenty spacious enough for our family of three. We didn't even use one of the bedrooms.

The neighborhood didn't seem safe to my family. The first night (Saturday) there was a party next door that lasted until 3am. Afterwards, it was suggested to us to Uber or Lyft, especially at night, to and from this property. Because of this we decided to leave halfway through our visit and got a hotel in North Bergen. My advice, check Google Maps street view before booking this property, if you are okay with it, you'll be happy with the space inside. And to be fair I did not bring any of this to the owner's attention until we had already decided to leave. SO SO disappointed in Booking.com with their assistance in helping me get to another place. I was told that it would be NO PROBLEM getting refunded for the 2 out of 4 nights we didn't use the property and we only got refunded for essentially 1 night.
