Fabulous

Well built, modern, clean, spacious, comfortable and functional villa. Very homely and perfect for short and long term stays. A great location too near my favourite restaurants and Yoga Barn but the best part of the stay was the incredibly kind, hospitable and supportive staff team led by a brilliant, attentive manager Eka. I highly recommend this property and will return again.

Great cosy villa for Ubud

The location of the villa is great, its hidden by the main street and a great distance from many eateries and activities nearby. The amenities of the room is sufficient for a short stay. The staff were very friendly and offer great help whenever we required. Lovely people in bali!

Great holiday!

We loved everything at the hotel! The staff were so helpful and friendly.

It would be useful to have a mop / floor squeegee for the bathroom or a bath mat inside to avoid slipping over after a shower as the floor could get slippy :)

Good but didn't quite meet expectations

Amazing location, right in Ubud centre. Very helpful staff. Huge room and very comfortable (bed really comfy and big desk if you want to do work). Very peaceful, super quiet at night (very unusual for Ubud!). No ants inside which is also unusual for Bali!

The pool looks lovely but on closer inspection wasn't very clean (lots of dead bugs etc) so I didn't actually use it. There was a bit of a smell in the bathroom (possibly as there had been a lot of rain). The shower is also not the best designed - there's no curtain, only a small cut out of the floor but it's not low enough, so the floor of the entire bathroom gets very wet. They also only provide one bottle of water on arrival but after that you have to pay (other hotels provide daily water for free since you can't use the tap for brushing teeth etc) and it was also a plastic bottle rather than glass or one that they refilled. With some small tweaks this place would be amazing.

A calm haven in central Ubud

A great place to stay! Our room was clean, comfortable and spacious. We slept really well here- the place is calm amongst the chaos of Ubud. Breakfast was also lovely but the shining light on this hotel is the staff. They are such a friendly team, gave us a special honeymoon surprise which was the icing on the cake and asked us for any advice to make their place better which I thought was a nice touch.

The bathroom does flood slightly due to the design but it really wasn’t an issue for us and I wouldn’t hesitate to stay again.

A pleasant stay

Everyone on the staff was incredibly friendly and always willing to help. Everything we needed was provided – air conditioning, a TV, and all the basic comforts. Convenient location close to many cafes, shops, and laundry service.

The only downside was an unpleasant smell coming from the bathroom, probably from the drains.

Very nice accommodation with a friendly, helpful team

Very modern interiors, good location, great air conditioning, lovely breakfast and very friendly staff! We stayed here on our honeymoon and everyone went the extra mile to make it special and it was so easy to travel into the centre of Ubud on bikes or on foot.

Some drivers had difficulty locating the property on Maps and the “Ubud Lila” sign is difficult to spot from the street when you first arrive. The bathroom could also use a little more ventilation to help with drying towels and / or clothing but overall this didn’t really impact our stay too much and we still had a good trip!

Nice and quiet in central Ubud

The rooms are very beautiful and modern. The staff is very friendly and even organized a birthday cake for my girlfriend. The manager, Eka, was always available and did everything to make us happy. The location is very central yet quiet. I can highly recommend this accommodation.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Would go back in a heartbeat!

The room was absolutely huge and very nicely decorated. The pool and outside area was also stunning and it was lovely to have breakfast outside every morning! Eka and his team were so kind and made the whole trip really wonderful

We love the hospitality. Eka was a great host, always responding promptly and ensured we have everything we need for Nyepi Day. The other staff are amazing and are always cheerful, even the security! Everything in the room is as pictured. It’s so spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets are smooth, which is so important for me. Though the hotel complex is quiet, restaurants are only 2mins walk from restaurants. There is also another strip of restaurants (Hanoman Road) which is 10mins walk from the hotel. Ubud market was about 20mins walk. Great location. No car parking onsite, but Eka told us that street parking is ok and safe. We did as instructed and our rental car was safe!

I highly recommend this accommodation to everyone!

We had two rooms as a family—one large room with a double bed at the beginning of the hallway and a smaller one with two single beds. Unfortunately, the single beds couldn’t be joined because there were light switches and electrical outlets between them. One minor inconvenience was that the rooms were not directly next to each other or at least connected through the pool area; instead, they were on completely opposite sides. This meant we had to split up, with one adult and one child in each room. However, everything else was great. We were a bit confused about the breakfast ordering system at first, but the manager quickly messaged me to clarify the situation, and we resolved it right away. Additionally, he was always happy to arrange a taxi driver for us, and we were very satisfied with their service. The pool had unusual dimensions, but its impressive length made it perfect for swimming.

Miła obsługa, nowoczesny, czysty pokój, dobre śniadanie

Przepiękny apartament, identyczny jak na zdjęciach, bardzo czysty. Dodatkowy plus za śniadania w cenie. Obsługa przemiła, często upewniała się że niczego nie potrzebujemy. Sprzątanie z dokładnością pedanta. Pierwszego dnia dostaliśmy numer do managera, z którym można było wszystko załatwić przez whatsapp w pare minut. Bardzo polecam

Cet établissement est une très belle surprise dans le cœur d’Ubud ! 15 minutes à pied du Palace et 20 minutes à pied de la forêt des singes, c’est super ! Pas de besoin de prendre un taxi ou un scooter, c’est accessible et c’est entouré de jolis magasins. La villa est très belle !

Tout était top, juste penser à un petit jus de fruits avec le petit déjeuner car c’est très léger 🙏

員工服務很好，非常貼心早餐有多樣的水果，還有好吃的香蕉鬆餅離The yoga barn 很近，但附近比較偏僻，很多還在蓋的房子，廢氣跟灰塵很多。

員工表現的非常好，打掃也很乾淨。缺點都是硬體的問題，很多好看但不實用的設計。像是大門的設計不好，很難開關；沐浴乳跟洗髮精的罐子很美，但蓋子很難使用；浴室的對外窗是無法關閉的，很透氣，但隔音超差，請帶耳塞；後陽台植栽很多很美，但蚊蟲很多，晚上很多馬陸（還是蚯蚓）爬進房間；雙床房房間很小，單人床也很迷你，很像日本飯店的尺寸。

Das Zimmer ist geräumig und ist gut eingerichtet. Ziemlich zentral gelegen und der Host meldet sich prompt bei Fragen oder allgemeinen Angelegenheiten.

Leider war unser Aufenthalt mit einigen unangenehmen Aspekten verbunden: Das Zimmer roch stark nach Abfluss, was den Aufenthalt deutlich beeinträchtigte. Wir haben selbst ein Mittel gegen den Geruch besorgt, das jedoch nur begrenzt geholfen hat. Die Bettwäsche war bei unserer Ankunft verschmutzt, wurde nach unserer Rückmeldung jedoch umgehend gewechselt. Ein besonders wichtiger Punkt: Es wird leider nichts gegen Mücken unternommen. Durch das typisch balinesische Badfenster sowie eine nicht dicht schliessende Badezimmertür gelangen ständig Mücken ins Zimmer. Wir mussten verschiedene Mittel besorgen, um nachts nicht zerstochen zu werden. Wie bereits mehrfach in anderen Bewertungen erwähnt wurde, riechen die Handtücher nicht frisch. Da es im Bad keine geeignete Möglichkeit zum Aufhängen gibt, trocknen sie auch kaum. Zudem wurden die Handtücher beim Reinigen des Zimmers nicht gewechselt.

Alles im Allem top von Preis-Leistung.

Gesamt sehr gut nur das Bad war nicht gut. Raumgröße war richtig groß - man konnte tanzen. Pool sah nice aus - haben wir nie genutzt. Die Glastür war ein richtiger Hingucker und wirklich sehr dicht.

Bad - Die Dusche war defekt, einer musste immer den Duschkopf halten. Die Regendusche wollten wir nicht nutzen da wir da den Filter nicht montieren konnten. Es geb keine Duschwand also stand nach den duschen das Bad unter Wasser (Abfluss war auch nicht der beste). Das Frühstück war auch nicht so nice. Es wurde zwar ins Zimmer gebracht - am Vortag für eine bestimmte Zeit bestellt - aber höchstens okay vom Geschmack.

Un cocon confortable idéalement situé

La communication avec l’équipe de l’hôtel a toujours été parfaite. Le personnel est au petit soin et ils sont réactifs. La chambre est superbe: spacieuse, confortable, design et parfaitement propre. L’emplacement est idéal, au cœur d’Ubud dans une rue un peu cachée qui permet de ne pas entendre la route.

L’isolation entre les chambres laissent à désirer, et malheureusement, nous sommes tombés sur des voisins bruyants qui nous ont empêchés de dormir. L’hôtel ne fournit que deux bouteilles d’eau à l’arrivée, ensuite il faut en acheter. Étant donné que l’eau du robinet n’est pas potable, on a trouvé cela un peu limite pour un établissement de cette gamme, surtout quand beaucoup d’autres hôtels incluent ce service de base.
