Amazing location right in the middle of the city with excellent access to public transport, restaurants, and attractions. The apartment was spotless, beautifully presented, and very comfortable. The staff were very helpful and easy to communicate with, which made the whole stay smooth and enjoyable.
Nothing to complain about. Everything was great.

Location perfect for trams & shopping

It's well located for the tram.
Sofa had no structural support so you couldn't even sit to watch a 30 minute news real without muscle strain in your neck. Washing machine was mouldy. No windows an inadequate exhaust in bathroom/laundry so running the old fashioned unvented dryer steamed up the apartment. A condenser dryer might help.
