قربه من كل مكان واطلاله جميله على الجبل تشاهد فيها الغروب رايق ولطيف ونظيف وجميع الاحتياجات موجوده وقريب من نهر هاديء وجميل وقت الغروب وباركينق مجاني للسياره بنفس المبنى
صوت الطائرات مزعج لقربه جدا من مكان الهبوط ولكن يتوقف بعد منتصف الليل مادري صدفه او هذا قانونهم

الموقع قريب من المطار والسنتر والأمان توفر بقاله ومواقف خاصه وكل الأشياء الممكن احتياجها وسعه المكان حيث انه يناسب عائله
