I did arrive late in the evening and the self check-in was easy and convenient. I did visit Laval for an event at Espace MAYENNE and the apartment is close to a bus stop that got me right there. I also visited some side events that took place in the evening and they all have been within 10 minutes walking distance. The area also offers plenty of food and coffee options.
The apartment itself is great and have absolutely everything I needed. The bed is comfortable and the area is not noisy at all.
Charlotte is a great and very responsive host and if I'm back for the next years' event, I will definitely book again.
The only possible downside for someone else could be that the building has no elevator and the stairs may feel high. I had no issues with that.
