LUX apartments in Central park

Although it is unusual place for the appartment (in part of the hotel), it is a nixe place. Great location. For us it was easy to find it using picture instructions.

Wifi mentioned in the appartment does not exist. We did not stay long so it did not matter, but they should take care of it. And some hooks in the baathroom would be nice.

Location of the property is fantastic. While you are right in the center of the city, surrounded by a lovely city park, the apartment itself is very quiet at night. Complimentary parking was a huge plus. The apartment is designed in a modern way with charming details - as you can see in the pictures which are on Booking. Host left us complimentary coffee and tea, which was a nice touch.

I rated 9 out of 10 as it was very difficult to obtain the check in instructions / location, parking and the actual key to the apartment. 3 hours after receiving total of 5 email confirmations from Booking.com and also approval of a check in between 4-5PM, the host informed me they never received confirmation from Booking.com. The phone number listed on Booking.com was not working. After hearing from the host, they informed me that Booking application was down, as they as a host were not notified of my booking, which would explain why we received only one set of towels (reservation was for 2) and the trash was not removed. However, the host once notified, was prompt in responding via text message. While I never received check in information I also never received check out information. The city tax was left in cash on the table at the checkout at 11AM. Due to issues with Booking.com I also didn't pay the 100Euro deposit, as check in instructions were not sent via the application. To those who wish to stay in this lovely apartment, I suggest an early booking, to ensure smooth check in process. As if it wasn't for the issues with check in and minor logistical issues outlined, this apartment is truly a gem to find in Banska Bystrica. Hence 9 out of 10 stars due to issue with Booking application, not the apartment itself.
