Excellent Apartment, Location and Host

The apartment was ready for our arrival — it was clean, airy, and smelled wonderfully fresh. Linen, an iron, and a full-size hairdryer were also provided, which was a nice touch. The location is great — only 15 minutes from Podgorica Airport, with parking included. There are plenty of restaurants and cafés nearby, and a supermarket just 3 minutes away for all your self-catering needs. The host was very attentive from the start, meeting us in person to hand over the keys and explain everything about the apartment. They even provided a late check-out free of charge, which we really appreciated.

The apartment didn’t have a microwave or toaster, and it could benefit from a couple more pans and bowls for those planning to cook. The towels didn’t dry properly, so we’d recommend updating them.

Great Apartment with Everything You Need

The apartment is brand new and very comfortable. The private parking inside the same building was a huge plus. Everything we needed was available – the kitchen was fully equipped, the bathroom had a hairdryer, and there was even an iron provided. Great stay overall!

Amazing apartment in quite location

It is very clean and has everything you could possibly need (dishwasher, washing machine, etc.). There also is a small balcony overlooking the surrounding residential area. The whole apartment is freshly renovated and has a very nice, modern interior. There is ample parking space nearby but you can even use the associated garage spot to park your car. The owner is very nice and helpful. Communication was very smooth and pleasant. The area had a rather local vibe which was nice and there is a supermarket within a walking distance of 5 minutes. Overall, the apartment is simply exceptional! :)

Nothing to dislike. I just think it should be kept in mind that the apartment is rather far from the city center, so it might not be suitable for a city trip. There are also not many restaurants, etc. around. However, it is very close to the airport which was important to me and the area has a rather authentic vibe.

Tolles Apartment und netter Gastgeber! In der Nähe sind Bäckereien, Tankstellen, Supermarkt, in die Stadtmitte braucht man zu Fuß ca. 25min, aber das ist schon ok. Steckdosen direkt am bett, das war richtig angenehm!

Najlepsze miejsce! Polecam się zatrzymać! Przepiękny nowy apartament, a w nim wszystko co niezbędne, by wygodnie spędzić urlop. Mieszkanie urządzone bardzo gustownie, wygodne łóżko, szybki internet i bardzo czysto. Aż miło było przebywać w apartamencie i żal wyjeżdżać 😊 Właściciel bardzo sprawnie odpowiada na wiadomości, pomocny, sympatyczny. Bezproblemowa komunikacja w języku angielskim. Najlepszy nocleg w trakcie mojego pobytu w tym kraju.

Empfehlenswert!

Neu renoviertes Apartment mit sehr guter Ausstattung in sicherem Gebäude. Stellplatz in Tiefgarage sehr von Vorteil. Der Gastgeber ist äußerst freundlich und jederzeit erreichbar. Check-In und -Out hat bestens funktioniert. Die Wohnung sieht genauso aus wie auf den Fotos. Es wurde an alles gedacht. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und können die Unterkunft wärmstens weiterempfehlen.

Würde es noch eine Klimaanlage im Schlafzimmer geben, wäre es zu 100% perfekt. So muss man leider die Klimaanlage im Wohnzimmer permanent auf Hochtouren laufen lassen, damit sich das Schlafzimmer bei 36 Grad Außentemperatur überhaupt runterkühlt. Ich denke auch für den Gastgeber selbst wäre diese Anschaffung auf lange Sicht effizienter um Kosten sparen zu können.

Fantastičan moderno opremljen stan i ljubazan vlasnik

Stan se nalazi na odličnoj lokaciji, u novoj zgradi, moderno i funkcionalno je opremljen. U stanu su se nalazi sve što je potrebno za ugodan boravak, od fena za kosu, preko mašine za veš i mašine za pranje posuđa, do usisivača, elekričnog šporeta i frdžidera. Namještaj u stanu je nov i modernog dizajna. Veliki garderoberi i preudoban krevet. Stan ima i funkcionalan balkon i sve, ali apsolutno sve je perfektno. Vlasnik Dragan je izuzetno predusretljiv i ljubazan. Sve pohvale za vlasnika i za smještaj. Ovo je ubuduće moj izbor za boravak u Podgorici.
