Evas Urban loft 1 CLOSE TO PYTHAGOREIO

We had a wonderful stay! As two friends traveling together, we felt completely safe and comfortable the entire time. The house is beautifully designed, super clean, and located in a peaceful area—yet just a short drive to the center, with easy parking. They really thought of everything, including lovely welcome treats. Above all, Niki was truly an amazing host! Communication was fast, super friendly, and so helpful from start to finish. It’s rare to find such exceptional hospitality. Whenever visiting Samos, there is no need to look for any other place to stay!

It was one of the best houses I've ever stayed in. Everything was thought out to the smallest detail. There were fruits, wine, water, eggs, cheese, yogurt, snacks and many more in the fridge. Even beach slippers were put on. The host Niki was very interested. The house was clean and there were a lot of cleaning supplies. She thought about the first aid kit. For the first time, I stayed in such a detail-thought-out house.

Eva’s urban loft 1 close to Pythagoreio is a modern apartment that can comfortably accommodate a couple,with space for a third person as the sofa in the living room is very comfortable for sleeping.It is located on the Chora-Pythagoreio provincial road,3.5km from the historic Pythagoreio,2 km from the nearest beach and close to the airport.The apartment is bright spacious and modern with all the equipment a guest might need to make their holiday more pleasant.The mattress is excellent and the kitchen has everything you need for cooking.We were impressed to find fruit, wine and some pantry essentials in the cupboard.There is a coffee machine, washing machine and dishwasher. Niki and Eva were always willing to help us with anything we needed, offering us information about the island and suggesting walks and visit to various historical sites.Around the property there are small cafes, a supermarket, bakery , pharmacy and bus stop. A taxi to Pythagoreio costs about 8€, but we rented a car. A short distance from the property there are is a municipal parking lot that is free of charge.
