Rapport qualité prix super pour Boipeba. Emplacement très bon à 5-10min à pied du centre et du Ponto do Tractor. Appartement grand, spacieux et confortables. Bien équipé et hôtes très gentils et à disposition !

C’est un studio confortable attenant à la maison. Il y a tout ce qu’il faut pour séjourner : cuisine équipée, literie confortable, SDB impeccable ! L’emplacement était super pour nous car nous étions proche de tous les départs de randonnées des 4x4 et du centre ville ! Très au calme. Je recommande ++

The property owners were friendly and the apartment was clean, it had the basic kitchen equipment, air con and a portable fan. It also has a security gate.

The water was not working properly during a night and on two days, which meant there was no shower, taps or running water available. The owners did fix it on both occasions but it was very inconvenient having to wash with bottled drinking water that we had purchased and having to wait for the owners to wake up or come home to resolve the issue. The owners have a very friendly dog, they live in the next door apartment which is literally just a few steps away, this wasn’t mentioned in the listing, but the dog was nice surprise. The owners are currently building the apartments and I’m sure once complete they will be a joy to stay in, however during our stay there were building works being carried out as early as 6:30am, so a lot of noise; banging and drilling greeted us on the majority of mornings. The garden view mentioned in the listing is currently of sand, concrete and building equipment and the path to the laundry sinks is full of the same. Once completed I’m sure it will be delightful but at present it’s a work in progress and it would have been good to know this before booking. We were asked to depart 2 hours before our check out time (on the morning of our check out) as they had new guests arriving. Which, we did but it was inconvenient as our travel plans were arranged around our existing check out time. The owners did drop us to a local quad bike point, which was helpful. The gates to the area lock at 7pm, and so an alternative route had to be found back to the apartment after our first day out. This is no problem but it would’ve been helpful to have been given a simple map or directions to find home. As it was very dark during the walk and we were in an unfamiliar place, fortunately for us a local couple showed us the way and walked us home.
