About this apartment rental
Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space with amazing ocean and sunset views. You will definitely relax hearing the ocean and seeing the most beautiful sunsets! The unit is located on the 4th floor providing great ocean views and breeze throughout the unit. There are two elevators for guests' convenience.
Spacious two bedroom with 2 baths (one in the master bedroom). There is an open living area, a covered balcony facing the ocean, a dining table, a fully equipped kitchen, and in-unit laundry.
There is no direct beach access but you can walk less than 3 minutes to it (210 meters). This area is south of Rincon which means there is no surfing and the beach is calmer.
Restaurants and bars and 3 minutes away in a car.

We only provide a starter kit of "toiletries". Guest must buy more as needed.
We will charge you extra for:

-Trash left at the property - $20
-Extra cleaning services - $50
-Smoking - $150
-For more guests than the maximum allowed- $100

There is currently some beach erosion in the area. You may have to walk a bit further to the beach. Large spacious rooms.

The place was great with many amenities and a great view from the patio. We really enjoyed it and Jennifer was so responsive to all of our questions and needs. We had a great time!

Great stay! Beach is great. Apartment is great. The only thing disappointing is the lack of towels. One hand towel for two people . One dish towel! No wash clothes! Other than that minor issue, the place is awesome. Clean.
