Comfortable residence "Al Andalus". In a quiet, sunny position, 2 km from the sea, 2 km from the beach. For shared use: well-kept garden with plants, 2 swimming pools, indoor pool (23 x 10 m, depth 175 cm, seasonal availability: 01.Jan. - 31.Dec. pool opening hours: 09:00-15:00 and 17:00-21:00). Shower/WC in the pool area, children's pool, hot tub, tennis, children's playground, public parking on the road. Supermarket 2 km, restaurant 2 km, bar 2 km, café 2 km, bus stop 2 km, sandy beach "Vera Playa" 2 km. The owner does not accept any youth groups. Neighbourhood highly sensitive to noise. Quietness and good behaviour expected.
