Villa Noeli is located only 3 km from the smallest town in the world - Hum in Istra.
A private swimming pool, as well as a private terrace with sun loungers, is at your disposal. Villa Noeli comes with an outdoor equipped kitchen fitted with a BBQ grill. A baby cot is available upon request
Private parking is provided, reservation is not required. The electric charging station is available.
Kindly note - a 900 m of a dirt road leads to the house.
Swimming pool is open from 12.04.-23.11.

The open space living room comes with sofa and sitting area, and it's combined with the equipped kitchen and dining area. The private bathroom comes with shower and toilet. It is situated in the central part of Istra and it has a population of 30 people. Spent some productive days here while working remotely. Compared to other places I've been, this villa offers privacy with good facilities like Wi-Fi and laundry options which helped keep me focused on tasks.

I recently stayed at Villa Noeli for a week with family. The private pool was a highlight, perfect for kids and relaxing afternoons. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals, and the local town of Hum offered charming dining spots within a short drive. Overall, it was an enjoyable stay in a lovely area.

The peaceful surroundings added to this trip's charm. I loved taking morning walks around Hum and appreciating the local scenery. The air conditioning worked well after my bike rides too.

For the price we paid, Villa Noeli provided excellent value. The living area was spacious enough for our group, and having two bedrooms made it comfortable. We spent many evenings by the BBQ grill enjoying meals together on the terrace.
