Perfect place for guests who love to enjoy the sun and the sea, being close to the touristic center, but far enough to avoid the crowds and keep their peace and privacy. The property is located 3.1 km away the famous Old Town of Dubrovnik with various beaches, historic sights, restaurants, cafes, bars and shops.

This lovely studio apartment features free WiFi, air condition, flat screen TV and SAT TV, so as kitchenette equipped with refrigerator, microwave, water kettle, toaster and dining area, as well as sitting area with sofa. Apartment also contains of private bathroom with shower, hair dryer and iron. Private parking is provided.
Grocery store, green market, restaurants, cafes, bakeries and ATMs can all be reached by foot in 20 minutes walk. The property is located 3 km from Lapad Bay with its beautiful beaches.
The nearest bus station is just down the street, 270 meters from the apartment, with buses passing frequently and less than 10 minutes ride to the Old Town. Dubrovnik Bus Station and Ferry Port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 11 minutes ride from the apartment, while Dubrovnik Airport is 21.7 km away.

Our stay at Apartments Life was truly delightful! The studio was cozy, clean, and had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay, The kitchenette was particularly handy for whipping up light meals, We appreciated the peaceful location in Nuncijata, which felt like a serene retreat yet was just a quick bus ride to the bustling Old Town, The hosts were friendly and welcoming, making us feel right at home, We loved exploring nearby Lapad Bay and relaxing on Banje Beach during our trip, Highly recommend for anyone looking for a quiet spot close to the action!

A perfect little hideaway! The location was peaceful, and we enjoyed the short bus ride to the historic sites, The flat-screen TV and WiFi were great for relaxing in the evenings after a day of sightseeing
