Outdoor area features a swimming pool and additional content. Damage deposit in the amount of 150€/collected upon arrival/ in cash/return at check-out day. Luggage storage is possible prior to check in. Note: Parking is private, reservation is not required. Baby cot is available on request. This beautiful two bedroom apartment with balcony and sea view can comfortably accommodate up to four persons. It features Wi-Fi, air-conditioning and TV. Spacious kitchen is fully equipped including an oven, fridge, microwave, water kettle, toaster, and a dishwasher, dining area and high chair. Two bathrooms include shower cabins and a washing machine. Iron and ironing board are at guests disposal. Outdoor area features shared a swimming pool sun chairs, parasols and children playground. Apartmens LaVilla are situated in Mlini, located halfway between Dubrovnik and Cavtat with intact beauty, rich vegetation and stunning beaches as well as historical and cultural heritage. Bus station is 3 minutes walking distance from the apartment, while beach and coffee bars are 5 minutes ride from the apartment. Various restaurants, bars and shops and a market can be found a short ride away. Dubrovnik airport is 10 km away, while bus station and ferry port, connecting the mainland with various Dalmatian islands, are 15 km away.
