Listing is exactly as pictures showed. Good location, just a few minutes off the main strip. Property was clean and in good condition. Communication with host was quick and easy, and our overall stay was great. 4 stars instead of 5 because as some people have mentioned in other reviews the beds are quite firm/not very comfortable. I bought a 58 mattress topper which made the bed more comfortable. We booked this same place again in August, so to me it was worth spending that extra money. Other reviews mentioned problems with the hot water, and we had some issues on that as well. Sometimes it ran out before one person could shower and other times it was ok. I don’t know if it’s really touchy or if the hot water heater is too small etc. The second bedroom has a window a/c unit like a hotel and the rest of the apartment has central a/c. The window unit leaked water and they promptly fixed it and actually replaced the whole unit with a new one! Things to note: *Washer/dryer are small*The second bedroom has its own outside door/ which may be an issue for parents with kids staying in that room. *Balcony is too hot to use in the summer except maybe at night (no a/c but has a fan)*Has bed linens, towels, hand soap, starter toilet paper, kitchen dishes, keurig etc*Beds are memory foam/ but very firm. *Hot water may be an issue*Host message is from a company “Grand Welcome” with a long check in waiver. A little overwhelming, but understandable Overall, Would recommend

Everything was as described. Had problem with a/c unit dripping inside bedroom but it was fixed promptly Only issue is that bedroom with 2 beds does not have access to the closet
