The Space:
Located within the desirable Ozark Mountain Resort community, your lake life dreams become a reality where you’re just steps to the winding waterways of the infamous Table Rock Lake. Hit the on-site nature trails in the morning and spend your evenings star-gazing with an evening nightcap. Guests of the resort will also enjoy plentiful on-site amenities such as the seasonal outdoor pool, and much more! You’ll be just a quick jaunt from the city’s biggest thrills including Silver Dollar City (20 minutes), the Titanic Museum (25 minutes), and of course, the eclectic downtown area bustling with shopping, dining, and live music (30 minutes).
The home’s open and spacious interior has been designed with your comfort in mind, offering plenty of room for everyone to spread out while finding those moments to come back together and create lasting memories. The living room offers contemporary sofa and armchair furnishings for curling up with a good book or streaming a new movie on the mounted smart TV. The open floor plan keeps you right in the action where steps away, the fully equipped kitchen is ready to meet all your culinary needs head on with stainless steel appliances, glossy stone countertops, and ample cabinetry stocked with cookware and dining ware. This home comfortably sleeps 8 guests between 2 private bedrooms and a king-size sleeper sofa in the living room.
Bedroom #1 includes a king-size bed, smart TV, balcony, and ensuite bathroom with a dual vanity, soaking tub, and walk-in shower.
Bedroom #2 includes a king and queen-size bed, smart TV, and ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and shower/tub combo.
THINGS TO NOTE:
• This unit is a main-level, walk-down condo with 16 steps down required. No elevators available.
• This home provides water filtration for fresh drinking water, saving guests on bottled water.
• Lot parking available for 2 vehicles. Parking passes are required and strictly enforced.
• Washer and dryer in home.
• Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
• The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
• Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
• This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

RESORT RULES: (Fines will be issued for not following these rules)
• NO DUALLY TRUCKS ALLOWED ON PROPERTY.
• NO COMMERCIAL VEHICLES WITH SIGNAGE PERMITTED.
• DO NOT BACK INTO PARKING SPACES.
• No bumper or hitches can be extended over the sidewalk.
• Parking pass must be filled out and displayed in vehicle(s) at all times throughout your stay. Guests are subject to fines if the completed pass is not displayed.
• No items can be above the bed of the truck or cars. This includes toolboxes, kayaks.
• No over-size vehicles.
• No trailers other than boat trailers allowed in the designated trailer parking. Trailer parking is available in the designated parking area only and MUST have the yellow circle pass hanging on their trailer. No cars/trucks can be parking in this area and they must be in between the lines.
• There is NO boat launch or slips available at this subdivision. The closest place is Port of Kimberling Marina aka What's Up Doc.

Nice place on table rock Lake. We stay here every year. We rent a different condo each time. This one is very typical and like all the rest of them except for maybe a little bit nicer. They have granite countertops and updated kitchen and decor. The grill didn’t have any propane, that was disappointing. There was no broom for us to keep things tidy, but we managed the kitchen was missing a few things but, overall we had a wonderful time in a very comfortable stay. I would come back again for sure. The lake is beautiful! That’s why you come here. It would be sad to spend too much time in the condo even though it is nice. Go out on a boat, I highly recommend that? And if you want to grill out there’s a nice grocery store down the street that has a very good selection of things that are ready to throw on the grill. Harter House.

Overall, it was great. Modern, fresh and comfortable. Cons: We did find a few big dust bunnies on the floors, like a wad of hair and lint in our bathroom. There are NO dishes for kids which I found strange. Also, they do not provide a propane tank on the grill, also unusual. Pros: Decor is vaca vibes, easy communication and check-in process, clean overall. Love the resort itself, awesome pools and lake access.

Great resonse time when had questions. Place shows a gas grill but arent allowed to use. Very nice stay away from home.
