We’re ideally located—just 5 minutes to Table Rock Lake and 8 minutes to the popular 76 Strip, putting you right between Branson’s best outdoor adventures and top attractions. Plus, Starbucks is right in the same parking lot, so you can grab your favorite coffee before heading out for the day. This is the perfect place to relax and explore, with the pool just steps away—you can even see it directly from the comfort of our covered, screened-in patio, less than 30 feet from your door. You’ll also have access to a second pool in the nearby Wyndham units.

Bedroom #2 features a king-size bed, TV, and an ensuite bathroom with a single vanity and walk-in shower.
- ENTRY - Walk-Down, 15 Steps (No Elevator)
- 1 unassigned parking, first come first serve
- Early Check-ins and Late Check-outs are not permitted without authorization from our local team and payment of fees.
- The communal pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Pools, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

Beautiful unit! Beds were great. Location is literally at the pool which is great for the kids. Only thing was the ants! Inside and out. They were in our shower the whole time. On the bathroom floor. And the cleaners need to do a little better. Floors turn your feet BLACK!!!!! And there was hair from previous guests all in our shower. The decorative blankets on the beds were dirty. But I'd def book this unit again!

Excellent and relaxing stay! Easy access to the condo and check in procedures were a breeze. Kitchen is updated and has everything you would need. We loved the full refrigerator/ freezer. Close to the lake and Branson strip. Very nice and updated interior. We had a wonderful time and would definitely stay here again.
