A short drive takes you to Table Rock Lake––a haven for boating, fishing and water activities.
The home greets you with a delightful open deck, where a porch swing basks amidst serene green outdoors. Lounger chairs and a coffee table are also provided for relaxed afternoons.
The living room is warm and soothing, boasting a harmony of gray walls with wooden elements. Large sliding doors allow abundant sunlight. A smart TV and plump couch make the space ideal for cozy evenings indoors.
Dig into family meals at the 4-seater dining table, and whip up homemade recipes in the open-plan kitchen. Airy and fully-functioning, it’s stocked with stainless-steel appliances, including a stove, coffee maker, dishwasher, toaster, microwave, oven, and refrigerator.

- This is a walk-up unit requiring 10 stair steps to reach the entrance. (No Elevator)
- Early Check-In / Late Check Out: These options are based on availability and are NOT INCLUDED in your reservation. Additional fees may apply. Please contact us in advance if you’re interested
- There’s an additional bathroom for guest use.
- A washer/dryer is included.
- Parking is available in the parking lot for up to 2 vehicles on a first-come, first-served basis. The required parking passes will be obtained from the guard at the gate upon arrival.
- Golf View Serenity couldn’t be more conveniently located.
- The communal outdoor pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day to Labor Day.
- Communal pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.
- This home is not pet-friendly. If there is found evidence of an animal presence during your stay or post check-out, you will be charged additional cleaning fees.

the description made it sound like the pools were right there we had to drive about a mile to get there

It felt there hasnt been any effort to keep up the place for hospitaltiy. The paint in both showers is peeling off, base boards coming off, screwn door screen is falling apart, no hand soap, not enough dish soap, no clocks in bedrooms, the one clock on the wall had dead batteries, rugs that were curled up and a trip hazard, sofa bed broken and had to sleep on an air mattress, chairs outside broken, kitchen chairs broken, dining chairs peeling leather and the list goes on. It wasn't homey and a place home away from home. Very minimal decor and just not a comfortable space.
