- This is a walk-in unit.
- 2 unassigned parking spaces are available.
- Washer and dryer in unit.
- Community pools are open seasonally from Memorial Day through Labor Day.
- The indoor pool is not associated with this HOA. Indoor pool is NOT available.
- Pools, hot tubs, and other facilities in the resort are operated by the HOA, and neither Grand Welcome nor the property owners are responsible or liable for any refunds in the event that they are closed for any reason.

My stay was amazing. We went to Branson for my son’s baseball tournament. I searched for a nice, cost efficient property for my family and I was not disappointed. I was skeptical at first because the only review on VRBO of the property was from 2023, but the pictures was exactly what we received upon walking into the apartment. It was very clean and up kept. They had white noise playing when we walked in. Beds were comfortable. We didn’t get a chance to truly utilize the full amenities due to going back and forward to the ballpark, but they were there. The grounds were clean, residents were friendly and the pool was clean. The host was over accommodating and quick to respond. They definitely made our experience better with their EXCEPTIONAL customer service! I would definitely book this property again!

Thank you for providing us with a wonderful place to stay while in Branson. It was ideal for our group of five. It was clean and the location was super. It was close to things, but private. Our granddaughter and her two children ages 5 and 11 enjoyed the pools. We will be staying with you again.
