This property was very much like it was described in the Vrbo listing. The home if very spacious with a well equipped Kitchen, in an open plan Living/Dining area. The Bedrooms were all good size and could accommodate several families traveling together. There is parking for several vehicles in the driveway. The teens loved the hot tub, pool table and other games, in a nice separate living area.

I’ll start with positives. Communication was excellent and the place was clean (except for dirty towels left in 2 of the closets). First impression before we even entered the house was the hot tub area was a mess. The surround was off, there was a hose uncoiled, and there were no LED lights as advertised. Went in and it was hot. Discovered most of the units weren’t working. There weren’t towels in 2 of the bedrooms. Walls were scuffed with a hole in one of the walls in the game room. For a brand new house and the money I paid, I expected much better. Maintenance came and reset breakers (after saying that he told the owners that keeps happening)and they brought towels the next day. We had to reset breakers 2 days later. Last straw was a family member sitting on one of the dining chairs and it broke and she hit the floor hard. We checked all of the chairs and 6 were missing parts or not put together properly. Removed them from the room. I requested a partial refund but still haven’t heard back
