We stayed from Friday to Sunday and even though they advertise daily housekeeping it doesn’t happen on weekends. No mention at checkin of this. Also staff are never available and when they are there the customer service is poor. The reception is closed from 5pm until 9am. The rooms are ok but the aircon is terrible and the room is very stuffy and the windows are frosted so you can’t see out. I would have given my feedback at reception but no one was there every time I went even to drop the key back. For the money you paid it’s not worth it.

Family room with a king 🤔.
Air conditioning leaked onto the bed so you couldn’t use it, fan took ages to turn off after you turned the light off in the bathroom and rumbled through the wall into the bedroom, tv off the bedroom wall and for the price I paid for two nights I think they could have provided it.
I asked for the owners who are apparently locals to call me about the air con I’m still waiting.
