Cancellations must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to check-in to receive a full refund, less a 5% cancellation fee and any administrative charges. If the cancellation occurs after this period, the full amount of the booking will be non-refundable. Adjustments to the reservation, including changes due to late arrivals, early departures, inclement weather, or other factors, will not be eligible for refunds or discounts. Stately reserves the right to adjust rates if errors are found in the reservation pricing. We cannot be held responsible for travel disruptions due to weather, personal emergencies, or COVID-19.
