The townhouse, which has 5 residential units, is located in Neuhof on the Großer Jasmunder Bodden, offering unobstructed views of the water and situated just about 200 meters from the Bodden.
The townhouse stands on a well-maintained, fenced-in lot of approximately 5,000 square meters, which is available for use by all guests. There’s something for everyone: a large playground with a sandbox, swings, a slide, and a climbing wall; a separate sandbox for the little ones; an orchard; a large pond; plenty of lawn space for relaxation and sports activities, as well as many opportunities to unwind.
Each townhouse features a separate terrace of approximately 14 square meters with a view of the garden and the Bodden, flanked by tall hedges and furnished with patio furniture.
Parking spaces are available in front of the house.
There are a total of four identical vacation apartments or townhouses next to each other, so you can book them together and spend your vacation with extended family or friends.

Each vacation rental, with approximately 60 square meters of living space, has a separate entrance. High-quality tile floors have been installed throughout the apartment, which, combined with the underfloor heating, create a pleasant indoor climate.

There is one bedroom with a double bed and a second bedroom (or children’s room) with a bunk bed. This bunk bed has three levels/sleeping surfaces (there is another pull-out bed of the same width located beneath the lower bunk). So the children have plenty of sleeping options, and a parent can even snuggle in with them, since the two lower sleeping surfaces are wider than the top bed. In the living room, there is an additional sleeping option on a sofa bed.
