The space: Enter this single-level retreat through a private front courtyard into a spacious loft-style living area with an oversized sofa, accent chairs, and a big-screen Smart TV. The dining space seats six, and the fully stocked kitchen includes new stainless-steel appliances and fresh-brewed coffee each morning. Just beyond the living area is your private indoor heated pool, with lounge seating, comfortably maintained at 78-82°F year-round (guests may request additional heating above 82°F for a daily fee with 24-hour notice).
Bedrooms: Primary Suite — king bed, Smart TV, private sitting nook, walk-in closet, spa-inspired en suite bath. Bedroom 2 — two full beds, Smart TV, closet. Bedroom 3 — queen bed, dedicated workstation, Smart TV, closet. Bedroom 4 — queen bed, Smart TV, closet.
Included amenities: hotel-quality linens & blackout shades, complimentary coffee/water/toiletries, high-speed WiFi, in-unit washer/dryer, arcade/game room, and professional cleaning.
Guest access: Access to the building using smart lock access technology, with a unique code provided before check-in. Garage is for storage only, not included for guest parking. Minimum age to rent is 21.
Other things to note: Check-in 4:00 PM / check-out 10:00 AM (early/late available on request, fee may apply; unauthorized late checkout $75 fee). Streaming available with your own logins.
