This beautiful 4 bedroom, 3 1/2 bath custom built home with upscale furnishings was professionally decorated by local designer Laurie Watson with MB Peter Designs. It has quality that can be seen at every turn.

The primary bedroom with beamed ceilings is on the lower level, and the other three bedrooms and an entertainment loft with a pull-out sofa is upstairs. There is a small home office and a large laundry room on the main floor.

Each bedroom has its own unique character that can only be appreciated in person. Details include wood plank ceilings, coffered walls and craftsman wood detail, which gives each room its own special vibe. There is a nice open floor plan with an abundance of natural light in the main room that is large enough for entertaining, reading some of the many books kept in the house, or working jigsaw puzzles provided for your use ... yet it’s cozy enough for movie night with the family in front of the decorative fireplace. Smart Tvs are in the family room, primary bedroom, and upstairs loft area.

A private outdoor shower is located behind the house. The beautiful outdoor brick fireplace features one of the island’s famous spirit guide carvings, and this area is perfect for beginning your day with a morning cup of coffee or ending a long day on the beach by relaxing and roasting s’mores.
Don’t worry if the night sky is overcast and you can’t see the moon or stars, just look upward from the outdoor fireplace seating area at night, and you can spy the moonlight-inspired outdoor light placed high above the fireplace and hidden in the overhanging live oak tree. • No pets allowed.
• Parking is allowed for up to 2 cars. Additional vehicles will use a nearby public parking lot. At NO time can the driveway be blocked. It is a shared driveway.

Minimum Age to Rent is 25 years old - this applies to all guests with the exception of multi-generational families.

• Starter Supply of Toilet Paper, Soap, Paper Towels and Trash Bags. Any additional supplies needed during tenancy will be the responsibility of the guest.
