Nordic-maritime cozy apartment on the 1st floor with south-facing roof terrace for 2-3 persons. Direct access to the Schwentine for water sports enthusiasts. Own parking lot.
Young vacation apartment with Nordic-maritime flair in the color spectrum of the Baltic Sea (blue/green/sand). Many personal accessories, whitewashed spruce floorboards, solid wood furniture, collector's items... Cozy bedroom (double bed 160 cm), separate bedroom with single bed (80 cm x 200 cm) and historic secretary. Fully equipped kitchenette with 4-burner stove, dishwasher, many kitchen utensils (kettle, toaster, hand mixer, etc.) and all necessary crockery and cutlery.
Cozy living area with sofa and grandpa's armchair for relaxing. Sunny dining area for 3-4 people. Access to the roof terrace.
Modern shower room. Spacious south-facing roof terrace with magnificent views of the Schwentine, garden furniture, parasol.
Our guests have the opportunity to use our direct access to the Schwentine on our property. If you bring your own canoe or paddle boat, you can store it in our garden for the duration of your vacation. The own parking lot is directly in front of the house.
