Welcome to Villasol, a spacious villa with private pool!

Welcome to Villasol, a spacious 180-square-meter villa on a lot of nearly 800 square meters, featuring a 5x10-meter private pool, multiple terraces, and a large parking area.

The villa is located in a residential community in Rojales, between the La Marquesa golf course and the wooded area behind Guardamar del Segura; the distance to Guardamar Beach is approximately 7 km. Rojales is located approximately 15 km north of Torrevieja.

The villa is a single-story home and features air conditioning with both heating and cooling (in the living room and 2 of the 3 bedrooms). There is a (partially) covered terrace of 45 m² that is part of the villa. Additionally, there are several terraces by the pool in the garden. Garden furniture, lounge chairs, and a barbecue are provided.

Visit cities such as Alicante, Elche, Murcia, or Cartagena, or explore the weekly markets in charming Spanish villages in the area. There are also several shopping centers for those who enjoy shopping. The long sandy beaches of Guardamar del Segura and the beaches and boulevards near Torrevieja. There are also several amusement parks and nature reserves in the area. And a wide selection of restaurants.

Please note! Maximum length of stay: 10 nights

Due to strict Spanish regulations governing tourist rentals, the maximum length of stay at our property is limited to 10 consecutive nights per reservation.

This restriction stems from the applicable rules for tourist rentals in Spain and therefore applies to all bookings. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept stays longer than 10 nights.
