The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.

Very clean and cozy condo. I was there for work and the condo was comfy enough to get a good nights rest (as it is hard sometimes to sleep in a unfamiliar home). The mini split system was nice for chilly nights as I could set the room temperature separately from the rest of the condo.
