With 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms, this spacious home comfortably accommodates up to 12 guests. The first floor features a master suite and two ensuite guest rooms, providing plenty of space and privacy for everyone. Designed with family fun in mind, the open-concept second floor includes a fully equipped kitchen, a spacious dining area, and a bright, airy living room with large windows that flood the space with natural light. The living area opens to a huge covered patio, perfect for enjoying the stunning Gulf views.
On the third floor, you’ll find additional space for up to 6 guests, complete with a kitchenette and another expansive Gulf-facing deck. After a day spent on the beach, take a refreshing dip in the private pool or enjoy friendly competition in the game room featuring a foosball table.

Cancellation Policy
Cancellations must be made in writing at least 90 days prior to check-in for a full refund, less a 5% cancellation fee and any administrative charges. If the cancellation occurs after this period, the full amount of the booking is non-refundable. Changes, adjustments, or refunds will not be issued for late arrivals, early departures, weather issues, or other reasons outside of the Cancellation Period. Stately reserves the right to adjust rates if there are discrepancies in the booking. We are not responsible for travel disruptions caused by weather, personal emergencies, or COVID-19.

Great location! Beach access directly across the way. Could not use your canopies and cannot use wagons because of the stairs to get to beach, BUT with quick access we did not need them. The rental comes with beach chair/umbrella rentals each day. Gated community so very quiet! You could walk to shops/restaurants in just a few minutes! The front area and side could use a little cleaning, overgrown. But overall very pleased with rental and location!

The property was so close to everything including the beach. Spacious enough for two large families. Pool was nice but you feel pretty exposed to neighbors. Property have some wear and utility issues but was taken care of quickly. Thanks for the great memories.

Place was nice and the location was great. Didn’t care for the roaches and the over bearing owner and property management. We had seven of us there. Two adults and 5 teens. Felt borderline harassed on multiple occasions. Cooked a couple pots of pasta on a hot afternoon and got complaints from “owners” that place was too hot inside. Only parked in the designated driveway and got complaints about someone else parking a long street. Got false noise complaint from management company. Everyone in our house was in bed and asleep, while neighbors had a driveway/ street party until 3 am, but some how we got blamed??Neighbors kids were screaming in the streets at 6 am every morning, however, didn’t seem to a problem.
Had roaches crawling on walls and floors. I have pics and video.
Would have been willing to overlook a lot due to location of house,, but being harassed daily by owner and management company is real turn off.
